Research output: Contribution to journal/periodical › Article › Scientific › peer-review Autumn and winter consumption of eelgrass ( Zostera marina L.) by the isopod Idotea chelipes (Pallas) was calculated by means of estimating biomass of both Idotea and eelgrass in the field, and consumption experiments in the laboratory. During the research period, September 1978 to March 1979, Idotea was found to be most abundant (in terms of biomass) invertebrate species in the eelgrass beds Idotea chelipes.
